📜 Terms and Conditions

Thank you for choosing JuanPT Art. Every tattoo I create is a unique piece of art, treated with the respect and care it deserves. Please read the following terms carefully before booking your session:

💳 Deposits

•A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session and is deducted from the final price on the day of your tattoo.

•Deposit amounts by session:

•$400 – Premium Plus Session

•$300 – Premium Session

•$200 – Base Session

•Deposits are non-transferable and are valid only for the original client and project scheduled.

🔁 Rescheduling & Cancellations

•If you need to reschedule, you must notify me at least 4 days (96 hours) in advance.

•Each deposit includes only one reschedule. A second reschedule will require a new deposit.

•Late reschedules (less than 4 days in advance) or cancellations may result in a loss of deposit.

•No-shows or arriving unprepared will also forfeit the deposit.

•Exceptions may be granted in rare cases at my discretion — communication is key.

🧾 Final Payment & Accepted Methods

•The remaining balance is due on the day of your session.

•Accepted payment methods: Cash, Zelle, debit/credit cards.

•Prices may vary depending on the design complexity, size, and session tier.

•If additional time or sessions are needed, this will be discussed and quoted during or after the appointment.

✍🏽 Design Process

•All tattoos are custom-designed for each client.

•For Base and Premium Sessions, a draft concept is prepared beforehand. On the day of your session, we refine the design together in the morning and tattoo in the afternoon.

•For Premium Plus Sessions, the design is created during a private consultation (via Zoom or in-person) prior to the appointment.

🧍🏽 Studio Rules & Client Conduct

•Clients must be 18 years or older.

•Please arrive on time and well-prepared.

•No guests are allowed during the tattoo session unless previously approved.

•Arriving under the influence of alcohol or drugs will result in a cancellation and loss of deposit.

•Respectful and professional behavior is expected at all times.

❓ Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

1. Can I bring someone with me?

No guests are allowed unless previously approved. This ensures a focused, professional atmosphere.

2. What if I’m running late?

Arriving more than 30 minutes late without notice may result in cancellation and loss of deposit.

3. How far in advance should I book?

My waitlist is typically 2–3 months. I recommend booking early.

4. Can I reschedule my appointment?

Yes, with at least 4 days’ notice. One reschedule per deposit is allowed.

5. Is my deposit refundable or transferable?

No. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

6. Will I see my design beforehand?

For Premium Plus Sessions, yes — we meet beforehand to finalize. For other sessions, we review and finalize the morning of your appointment.

7. What types of payments do you accept?

Cash, Zelle, debit, and credit cards. Premium Plus Sessions offer flexible payment options.

8. Can I get tattooed if I’m pregnant or have a medical condition?

No tattoos if you’re pregnant or breastfeeding. If you have a medical condition, please consult your doctor and let me know in advance.

9. Do you offer touch-ups?

If needed, touch-ups are discussed after healing. They are not included in Base Sessions.

10 .Do you use numbing cream?

Yes, but only for the Premium Plus Session, and only if requested ahead of time.
